We have a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your item.
How it works: We do not require you to send the item back. Instead, if your return is approved, you will receive a 50% refund on your original payment method. This covers the cost of the product while accounting for shipping and handling fees that are non-refundable.

- You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue
- Item must have been used as intended
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@shoplumoro.com with photos. We will review and offer either a 50% refund or a replacement at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Damage caused by misuse
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds Once approved, your partial refund will be processed as soon as possible back to your original payment method.
